Personal Training

Pilates personal training sessions are tailored to your individual needs to help you achieve your specific goals, whether it be improve your posture, rehabilitate from injuries, reduce back pain, build muscle, or any other personal goals. Personal training is also a great option for anyone who finds the classes too challenging or not challenging enough, or anyone who simply prefers a one-on-one session.

We require anyone interested in personal training to first book a free 15 minute consult with our Head Trainer. During this consult we will discuss your personal goals and history, and determine the best course of action for you. This time will also allow you to ask questions and share any concerns with the trainer so that you are comfortable going in to your first personal training session.

Rehabilitation

Let us help you along the journey to recovery. If you’ve suffered an injury or have had osteotomy surgery, a personalised pilates program can help you regain mobility and strength. The goal for all Power Pilates clients is to have a fully functioning body.

Pregnancy

Pilates personal training is especially valuable in the second and third trimester. We can create specific workouts that will strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles to help support the weight of your growing baby and prepare you for labour.

Reduce Pain

Improper posture is the number one cause of back pain and neck tension. After conducting a posture analysis, your personal trainer will determine which exercises are best for you to achieve ideal posture and reduce pain.
